Eve-olution (Celebrating Women) intends to establish a fund for women’s causes (and for this year the beneficiaries will be women living with HIV/AIDS and survivors of violence against women), as well as to provide a creative venue for projecting women’s issues and concerns. Eve-olution also celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Philippines’ ratification of the U.N. Convention for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
